I want to find information about typical speed of juggling and height of throws.

Do you know, which is normal dwell time for clubs and rings?
Or maybe you have got information about height of club and ring juggling?

I don't have data for you, but if you want some video to analyse, here are a bunch of people I filmed from the same distance on the same camera, doing 12 tosses with 3 clubs:

More interesting 5-10 rings and 4-8 clubs.
With 3 objects it's very big variability.
