Fellow jugglers of the world, you are all invited to participate in the 3rd annual Latin American Circus Festival March 19th through March 26, 2004 in Bogota, Colombia. I'm from the United States and have been living and working in Bogota for the past two years and can honestly say that the news you see is overblown. Bogota, as well as Colombia, is beautiful in every way. And it is just as safe and just as dangerous as any other big city in the world.
