Held over two glorious days on the weekend of January 15th and 16th, Karnidale (formerly the Western Australian Circus Festival) is set in the unique and picturesque surrounds of Karridale. The forest comes alive with the sound of whoops, whistles, and cheers as entertainment runs from the evening of Friday January 15th – Sunday January 17th. Shows, music, market stalls, and workshops will run from midday each day until midnight over the weekend.
The festival features an incredible line-up of international circus cabaret, comedy stars, and live bands from all over the world. Enjoy an authentic festival experience and get up close and personal with acrobats, aerialists, and sideshow superstars strutting their stuff on a stunning country estate. You can even try some circus classes if you’re brave!
This is like no other festival experience in the world. Daytime has some fantastic shows and entertainment for the kids, and once they are tucked in bed (camping facilities are available), the night-time entertainment takes a turn for the risque with cabaret sideshows not for the faint-hearted.
