Se realizará del día 11 al 15 de septiembre. En las instalaciones del Complejo Recreativo La Esperanza. Ciudad de Minga Guazú - Departamento Alto Paraná (a 16 km de Ciudad del Este).
La 4º Convención de Circo y Otras Artes Callejeras del Paraguay consiste en cinquo días de acampada donde se realizan talleres, espectáculos, improvisaciones, juegos de destreza, debates, foros y un gran desfile que culmina con una función de circo en la plaza central de la comunidad para integrar al pueblo con el artista.

The fourth Paraguayan Circus and other Street Arts Convention will be held from 11 to 15 September at the Complejo Recreativo La Esperanza, Minga Guazú City - Alto Parana Department (16 km from Ciudad del Este).
The Convention consists of five days of camping with workshops, performances, improvisations, skill games, debates, forums and a grand parade culminating in a circus show in the central square to meet the locals.
